This page summarises how delivery and returns work. The full rules, including your statutory rights, are in our Terms of Use, section "Buying from our shop".
1. Delivery
- Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Some might take longer.
- Delivery then usually takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier.
- We deliver worldwide. You can verify your country at checkout.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order delivered outside the European Union may attract customs duties or handling fees on delivery, and the recipient pays them.
- You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
2. Returning an item you no longer want
Orders delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Tell us by email at hello@exhaustedhumans.com within the 14 days, with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of our Terms of Use.
- We reply with what happens next. Any cost of sending an item back is yours.
- We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your message.
Please keep the item in the condition you received it. You may handle it as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
Orders delivered anywhere else are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong (section 3). This does not affect any right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
3. A faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, write to hello@exhaustedhumans.com with your order number and photographs of the problem. We will replace it free of charge, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. Please tell us as soon as you notice the problem, so that we can resolve it quickly. Your statutory rights last for at least two years from delivery and are not limited by this request.
4. An order that has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time stated above, write to hello@exhaustedhumans.com. We will trace it with the delivery company and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you.
